Shipping containers
Containers that have never carried cargo, with unmarked paint and clean floors.
A new container has never been loaded. The paint is as it left the factory, the plywood floor has not been driven on, and the door gaskets are supple rather than compressed flat by twenty years of sealing.
People buy new for two reasons. The container is going somewhere customers will see it, or it is about to be cut about for a conversion, and cutting into clean steel costs less in labour than making good a tired shell first.
A sound roof, doors that seal on the first close, and a floor you can put stock straight onto. No previous owner markings, no patch repairs, no surface rust to wire-brush before painting.
New is the most expensive grade we sell. For a container that will sit in a compound for a decade holding tools, a used one does the same job for considerably less. Buy new when the appearance matters or the shell is going to be worked on.

Rarely, on condition alone — a one-trip unit is close enough that most people cannot tell. It is worth it when you need certainty about the history, or a specific color from the factory.
Whatever the manufacturer painted it. If you need a particular color, say so when you enquire and we will quote a repaint rather than have you find out on the day.
Yes, and most conversions start from new or one-trip stock, because cutting into sound steel costs less in labour than making good a tired shell first.
New stock arrives in whatever the manufacturer painted it. If you need a particular color, say so when you enquire and we will quote a repaint rather than have you find out on delivery day.
New does not mean unmarked on arrival. Transit damage happens, and a dented corner post is far easier to raise before the truck leaves than afterwards.
