53ft Containers

The longest container in general circulation at around 3,830 cubic feet, and the hardest to deliver.

53ft high cubes come off North American domestic routes rather than deep-sea shipping. They hold about 3,830 cubic feet, which is more floor than most single-bay workshops.

They are also 8ft 6in wide internally rather than 7ft 8in on some builds, so check the specification on the individual unit if width matters to you.

Access is the whole question

Fifty-three feet of steel needs a long vehicle, a wide gate and a straight run of well over 80 feet to unload. Many yards simply cannot take one. Talk to us about access before you fall for the price per cubic foot, because a delivery that cannot be completed helps nobody.

Shipping

These are not ISO deep-sea units and will not be accepted for international sea freight. Buy one for static storage or conversion, not for export.
