These arrive finished. Insulation, lining, wiring, lights and sockets are already in, so the unit is working the day it lands rather than the month after. Most of what we sell here goes to construction sites, yards and schools that need space quickly.

The shell being a container is what makes the timescale possible. Nothing needs a foundation, and the whole thing can be lifted again when the site moves.

What is usually included

Anti-vandal units come with steel shutters over the windows and a security door. Offices are lined and insulated with a consumer unit, fluorescent or LED lighting and double sockets. Canteen and welfare variants add a sink, water heater and worktop. Toilet blocks are plumbed for mains or tank feed.

Before it arrives

Level ground matters more than hard standing. Railway sleepers or concrete pads under the four corner castings are enough for most units, and a container that sits level will keep its doors square. One that twists will not.

You will need someone to connect power. We deliver and place the unit; the final electrical connection is a job for a qualified electrician on your side.
