Water and waste
Units connect to mains water and foul drainage where available. Where it is not, they can run from a water tank and a waste holding tank, which then needs emptying on a schedule. Work out which you have before ordering, because it changes the specification.
Winter
Exposed pipework freezes. Insulated and trace-heated units cost more and are worth it for anything staying on site through a British winter. A frozen block is out of service exactly when the site is busiest.
